ZILIUDI operates through intentionally small circles of approximately 50 members each. We believe meaningful support doesn't scale infinitely—it deepens in smaller groups.

Each circle is formed organically and inclusively, while staying aligned in shared values, goals, and a commitment to growth. The diversity within each circle—in technical background, career stage, cultural experience, and life journey—happens organically through our members themselves.
